Thank you! Exactly — once reperfusion is achieved, the physiology shifts, and a rigid “one-size-fits-all” BP target can sometimes do more harm than good. The newer data finally aligns with what many of us were noticing at the bedside — that preserving cerebral perfusion while avoiding extremes matters more than aggressively chasing 140. Hopefully this helps guide more nuanced, patient-centered BP management going forward.
